In our IT Service Operation Team we ensure a stable and reliable operation of our IT applications and services. We answer and fulfil service requests from internal and external customers. In case of IT service incidents we work on restoring the service, manage responsible service providers and keep stakeholders informed. For application releases we cooperate with the business departments, IT Service Design and service providers.
I am part of the ServiceDesk Connectivity which supports our members in technical connection issues and questions. Furthermore, I operate certain application servers and manage the operation for another system with an external provider. I like my job that challenges me every day with different tasks, questions and issues. In addition to that, I much appreciate at EEX is the spirit of open minds, acceptance and diversity.
