I work in the HR department of ECC in Leipzig and have done since only August 2020 -in other words: I am a newcomer. My tasks are very wide-ranging, like being the professional contact for managers and employees of the ECC and optimizing and working on HR processes as well as supporting the HR Controlling. And, of course, I always have an open ear for the concerns of our employees. My colleagues welcomed me warmly during this challenging Corona time, which made me feel “a member of the team” very quickly - even though we mostly meet digitally.
Besides that, ECC is a very employee- and family-friendly company, which is characterized by numerous sports offers, digital coffee breaks with colleagues and the flexible working hours, also for the home office. As an employee, I feel valued but am also encouraged and challenged at the same time.
This wide range of human resources areas involved and the high level of professionalism, along with an “agile and flexible” approach, characterizes ECC, and makes it an attractive employer for me.
