A new release 50a of the Clearing Conditions has been published today mainly providing for regulatory changes in the Spanish gas market required by Circular de Balance 2/2020 of 9 January 2020 (“Circular”) of the Spanish National Regulatory Authority. As a CCP participating in the Spanish gas market, ECC must comply with the requirements of the Circular. The amendments will take effect as of 1 October, 2020.
