Summary
In alignment with EPEX SPOT SE and the transmission system operator Swissgrid, ECC will support the introduction of the 15-minute Market Time Unit (MTU) for the Swiss power spot market as well as the merger of the local Swiss Intraday Auctions (IDAs). The launch is scheduled for 3 November 2026 (first delivery date: 4 November 2026).
