Summary
In this circular, ECC informs you about the introduction of the C7 Release 13.0, scheduled for 9 November 2026.
The simulation environment for testing the release will be available from 31 August 2026.
Among further improvements, the C7 Release 13.0 will extend the FIXML service for Advanced Risk Protection (ARP) to cover level 1 and level 2 limit breaches, introduce enhanced product and capacity (de-)assignment capabilities, and provide a new Prior UTI field for external position transfers.
Overall, the C7 Release 13.0 will include the following functional enhancements:
- Advanced Risk Protection: Extend FIXML service for Level 1 & 2 breaches
- Advanced Risk Protection: Adjustments to FIXML text messages for ECC
- Improved Product and Capacity (De-)Assignment • Prior UTI for External Position Transfer
- FIXML Position Maintenance Report Enhancements
- New PKI Infrastructure
- Improved Horizontal Scaling
- General GUI and Reporting Updates
