The ECC Member Area is your gateway to our services. It represents one clear connection to all commodity markets covered by ECC.

The ECC Member Area provides access to ECC’s clearing system SMSS for your daily business operations. In case of maintenance windows etc., a ticker on ECC’s homepage will inform you on availability restrictions of the system.

This section features a holiday calendar providing information on holidays on the partner exchanges as well as ECC maintenance windows. You may also import these dates into your calendar. Moreover, downloads are offered with regard to contract details and file specifications.
 

FTP ServerThe Member Area also includes ECC’s File Transfer Service, which offers partner exchanges, Clearing Members and trading participants secure access to data and reporting.

Access to ECC’s FTP server is provided at the user level and is administrated by ECC. The username and password are identical with your log-in for the Member Area.

To generate a directory the respective participant has to subscribe to reports via the ECC Member Area (“Report Subscription”). Once reporting has been initiated via this channel, the directory is created automatically.
